By registering for or using Cheerly, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Cheerly on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Cheerly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Cheerly, including attempting to access data you are not authorized to see, interfering with the service's normal operation, reverse-engineering our software, or using the platform to harass, defame, or discriminate against others.
4. Points & rewards
Points awarded within Cheerly have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the platform except through the redemption options we make available. We reserve the right to adjust point balances to correct errors or prevent abuse.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual property

8. Limitation of liability
Cheerly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
